My First House Hack - Advice Needed

I am 24 years old and I live in Baltimore, MD. I just passed all four CPA exams and am looking to buy first house hack. I want it to be a house hack in Tampa, Florida.  

I have read a few Bigger Pockets books, listened to all the podcasts, and have done a fair amount of the research over the past year. It is now time for me to take the first REAL steps.

I am seeking advice on, but not limited to, the following topics:

-Agents, Contractors and Lenders in Tampa

-Neighborhoods in Tampa

-Homeowner's Insurance in Tampa

-Avoiding common beginner mistakes

-House hacking in general

@Jacob Guttman congratulations on being a go getter and welcome to Tampa FL! If you are looking to house hack in the area, I recommend reaching out to no one other than @Josh Green. He has done quite a few successful house hacks himself, for others and has an expansive network of investors that he works with that are in a similar position as yourself. He has vetted contractors, lenders, and is an investor focused real estate professional. This isn't a sales pitch, just an honest recommendation :) He probably helps more investors in the Tampa FL area than any other investor focused agent here on the forums if I am being honest..
