Finding the best realtor
Hi everyone! First time poster here. I’m interested in getting started in real estate investing and trying to take the time to learn as much as I can before jumping in. I understand how important putting a great team together is. I’m looking for advice on how you guys found an amazing realtor who knows investing as well. I’ve used the same one to buy my houses I’ve lived in, but am not sure this person would be great at helping find investment deals. Thanks in advance!
