hey everyone, my name is Kyle and I am an HVAC install mechanic by trade. I am originally from southeastern Pennsylvania but moved to Suffolk County long island. my goal is to build a STR portfolio and possibly leverage my skills in my trade to do so. I'm looking for any advice on a solid starting point. I'm currently looking in the Pocono mountains area for possible deals being that the initial cost is way lower than where I currently live. do you guys think this is a good starting market? thoughts and feedback are always welcome thank you.
