@Alex Uman thank you very much. Being that the areas are block by block like you said. What is a good spread of distance for doing analysis? If it’s a really mixed area I would want to keep all comparable properties in a tighter grouping than normal? Thank you again

Hello everyone, I live in a town outside Philadelphia and I’m looking to possibly invest in the city as soon as next year. I have noticed a lot of construction in many neighborhoods in the city as I pass through often to see friends. My question is do you link Philadelphia is a solid market for a beginner to start in and if so in what direction do you guys see the path of progress heading?

@Steve Uhlig thank you very much. I am actually very familiar with the Pottstown area. Thank you for the information about the local meet ups. Looking forward to becoming more involved.

hi everyone, my name is kyle. I am new to the idea of real estate investing and currently just trying to absorb as much information as I can. I live in Phoenixville Pennsylvania which is about 25 miles southeast of Philadelphia. while learning I am also using this time to gain capital my first investment. I am planning on doing a house hack and building from there. MY goal is to acquire enough cash flowing properties to be able to travel more freely. I currently work in the trades and would like to be able to slow down at some point in the future so I can enjoy all the things that the world has to offer.
