New to REI and looking to get started with wholesaling. I've heard a lot of people jump into it without fully understanding the business and end up quitting, so I'm trying to learn the right way from the beginning.

I'm interested in virtual wholesaling, building my network online, understanding how the business actually works, and connecting with agents, investors, and anyone willing to share advice or point me in the right direction.
