Estimate Repairs/Costs to Make Rent Ready

  • What’s the best way to estimate repairs to make rent ready? Is this something you pick up more over time or is there a good system a rookie can use to accurately estimate these costs?

It’s like everything else in life. You just have to do it and figure it out, the more you do, the better you will get at estimating how much it’s going to cost. If you rely on someone else to do it for you, it’s going to cost you a lot more than if you do it yourself.
