I have found 2 local REIC in the KC area, but I don't have any experience with them. Can anyone share whether REIC are worth paying for a membership? Do they provide a good networking experience or just try to sell you the next guru's product?

I would try going to a meeting to feel it out before joining up. Each "club/association" is going to be different due to the different members. You will certainly want to go to as many as possible, before you start paying for them. I do suggest joining at least one and if you are willing to make the right connections you will definitely see a huge ROI.

Cheers!
