I need to get in touch with an investor who does Lease Option, Wraparound Mortgages and other such deals in the Austin Area.

I know some Austin investors who have done these types of deals, though they don't focus on the Subject To/Wrap strategy exclusively. My general understanding is that there are fewer of these deals around Austin, compared to DFW, for example.
