I think I found a deal!

I found four homes all estimated, according to Zillow, to be worth around 60,000-70,000 each and being sold as a packaged deal as for less than 110,000. The seller wants out (sounds motivated). How could I arrange to wholesale/assign these homes to a cash buyer?

Be very careful with zillow estimates. They have never been correct in my area. My first question if I I am brand new is why am I am to perform when they can't.  Ie the reason  they selling the house at such a discount.

The next question is can you split the houses up. Are they in the condition that a residential buyer can buy it. Or do they appeal to a buy and holds investor or flipper?

What is the area alike? If you are friends with a realtor or Go to an local ReI meeting to learn more. Often times too good to be true is just that. The successful are able to step over the quick sand and find the gold
