I am looking into finishing out my real estate license, and starting a property management company underneath a broker. Any idea of what a reasonable expectation would be in terms of new properties under management year one? I am in Columbus OH.

We went from 0 to about 170 units in 1 year (started in May 2013). I am also in Columbus.
