When you hear the words
P R O P E R T Y M A N A G E R...
....a few strong feelings come to mind:
- -Bad communication
- -Poor decision making
- -Only looking out for themselves
WE COULDN'T AGREE MORE.
As real estate investors ourselves
We felt there had to be a better way
So we created a new kind of management company
That aligns our incentives with yours.
Instead of large fees tied to leasing
(why are managers paid to turn over properties?)
We charge a fair, flat monthly rate with noleasing fee whatsoever.
- *We over-communicate to keep you in the loop during large repairs, turnovers, and leasing.
- *We own rental property ourselves, which is managed using the same systems and processes as we'll manage yours.
- *We have long-term goals and work with long-term investors.
We'd love the chance to discuss your property management needs.

I testified at the hearing last week against this security deposit nonsense. Terrible policy.

@Anna Sagatelova You make a valid point. We may need to reconsider our "loosey-goosey" approach to this.

We sometimes charge a double deposit for less-qualified tenants. If they mention it we’ll pay out the interest. Rarely happens. And usually with those tenants, they’re not getting any of their deposit back anyway (eviction or trashed their unit).

We could manage between 80 and 100 units. Over 100 and you're looking at on-site property management which is a totally different model, and there are only a few companies in Columbus that do it. Two that I suggest talking to for 100+ unit properties are:
-Oakwood Management
-Link Real Estate Group
