We went through @Jerry Puckett and did a drop of 1k yellow letters. BTW we will be in touch this week about ordering more!

We only sent out the first 600 and we already had a deal on our hands. The areas we hit were homes in the 100-250k range. We got several responses most of them wanting way too much for their property. The deal we got closes on Wednesday. We decided to Wholesale this one vs flipping it ourselves. We are now at the point where we think we may want to Wholesale more to build up capital so we can afford to work on buy and holds.

My question is for more traditional Wholesale leads should we target lower income areas or continue with this list for the next 5 months? Given the area we will make over 10k in profit on the deal that closes Wednesday. We don't know if we will find more leads like this in our area or if we got lucky and its best to target the more traditional areas in our community. I am a firm believer that financial hardship doesn't stick to classes but looking for your opinions.

@Ryan Dossey

birddogged one and wholesaled 2.  Have some warm leads right now as well from the original campaign.
