Probate

Hey guys,

Before I begin, I'd like to state that I am a total noob when it comes to probate and have never touched a probate case before.

I am looking for distressed homes in probate. I know that I can research public records at the local county circuit court. I expect to spend a few hours there in the following days. To save myself some time, how can I efficiently screen files before going in?

Also, are there any additional records that you all have had luck with besides the county courts?

Thanks in advance!
