HELP

Doug Lowery

After reading a lot of what has been said on this site. I have come to the conclusion that if your in need of a mentor and can't find one locally you just ask for help on this site. So, I'm asking what do I need as far as the basics to invest in flipping real estate. To a new investor there is a lot of information that really blows your mind. So, therefore I'm asking for the basic information so I can take action. Sometimes its hard to get your point over by just typing information online. I'm so much better talking with someone than typing it.

Thanks, Doug

@Doug Lowery

Welcome to the vibrant BP community. Your time here will be well spent.

But, before you get to the actual flipping or taking action as you indicated, my suggestion is that you educate yourself with as much information about the basics of REI.

Then, during your studies post all the questions you can think of and the BP community with respond accordingly.

As a matter of fact if/when you get connected with a mentor, your time with him/her will be well spent in addressing higher level issues/concerns.

Now that you have made the move, below are some links that will help you navigate the site. However, this site thrives on interactions and as such we encourage two way exchanges and look forward to educational and thought provoking ideas relevant to REI.

Before your 1st purchase, please ensure you visit the below link for some tips.
