VA loan for first home? Help please

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of diving into my first investment home and using my VA loan for it by living in it. As for the Owner Occupancy clause, will it affect the loan if I PCS(move t another base/state) before 1 year or less? Would the bank see it as occupancy fraud? Thanks for the help
