Hello MA New investor from Massachusettss and I need more help
Hello, my name is Marcel my wife Nadeen and I begin investing in real estate and
excited member of bigger pockets. Our interests are in flipping and wholesaling and initially and getting into commercial properties. It is something I have wanted to pursue for 7 years now and find myself at a point in life where I need to. By having the right team we'll work more efficient and able flip more homes. We are interested in finding REIA meets and finding Private and Hard Money lenders to help fund rehab projects currently being looking into, I've taken the first step and finding a great deal but I need help from other experiences investor to help me prepare my paper work ready for Private and Hard Money lenders.
