Seasons

I have a question that I think the BP community can help me out with. I live in Oswego, NY and the winters here can get a little crazy. I am just wondering how this effects the real estate investing business. Would it be wise to get started in the winter? I would like to fix and flip and didn't know if it would be a good idea to start at this time. Any input on this would be great!

In my local market, the real estate market slows down in the winter, then is on fire in the spring. So winter is a great time to be rehabbing a property for the spring selling season.
