just paid for my 1st campaign with Jerry Puckett and market like a wholesaler! Not a massive list but something I can afford to pay for consistently over the next 6 months.

Direct mail works. No doubt about that.
I just prefer something that’s 10x cheaper, is completely leveragable and much more scalable.
In two weeks I’ve got 6 properties under contract, and 2 more contracts awaiting ratification.
And made 35k on our first wholesale fee (well it’s pending to close now but we got the buyer lined up and assignment signed)
