How to start off youn

Question

Hello, im only 16 and I've been studying real estate for a while and i was wondering if i want to start early what's the best way to go about it ? Thank you

Learn, learn, Learn.  I applaud you to be thinking about RE at your young age.  Get to as many RE meetings as you can. Get an overview of the different niches in RE investing. Find someone that is doing the RE niche that you are interested in. Ask them how you can be of assistance to them.  Put in the time and learn from them.  I have a 20 year old that has been helping me and he is gaining a great deal of knowledge and ownership in one of my properties.  What a great opportunity to do it so young.

@Dorian Dubreusyou could take a part time job with a management company that owns a number of buildings in addition to manage others. You'll have the opportunity to learn anything from acquisition, remodeling, renting, leasing to managing properties.

Of course, you'll learn by always offering your services in the company and go behind what is expected of you. Curiosity and enthusiasm will take you a long way!

Yes! you can make money in REI at 16... It just might look different than when you are 18 and older.

I would focus 100% on learning as much as you possibly can.  Hang out with people who are investors.  take them out to coffee and pick their brain!   Read about 4000 forum posts, 2000 blogs, listen to 159 podcasts! (BP's Of course)

Once you get to that point in your education, you will KNOW what it is you want to do next.  Take massive action!

Anything is possible.

Would try to find mentor that can teach you the ropes now, so in a couple years you can hit the ground running.

Starting trying to meet investors, realtors, and agents, locally and take it from there.
