Does anyone in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area have good recommendations for a portfolio, private, or any other lender for first time investors?  We are looking to rehab single family or purchase multiple rentals over time and looking for a good seed.  Thanks for your help!

Welcome! Victory community bank is a great portfolio lender. Talk to John Kinkle, he's the VP. Standard is 20% down on a SFR and 25% on a multi. Depending on the situation he will finance repairs.
