Hi,

We were just curious if anyone has a good recommendation for a local bank or Credit Union for a business account and for possible investment loans?  We would like to establish a relationship with one locally here in Northern Kentucky to deposit commissions and use with our Real Estate business, and eventually start an investment business with flips and rentals.  I prefer a smaller bank that uses newer technologies and easy online banking.  Thank you!  Any suggestions, and/or good experiences help!

Hi,

Does anyone recommend a good CPA in the Cincinnati area that I could establish a relationship with for RE investments, and future endeavors?  Ideally, I would like someone who can also do my personal taxes, and is not afraid to show me the best ways to pay less taxes, and even loop holes available. (legal loopholes of course)   Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the replies!  I'm sorry for such a late response.  Very busy with these RE classes.

@Theo Hicks, Thank you!  I may take you up on that, because I will be taking the test in about a month, and would love to hear some feedback.

@Christina Carey , I will give you a call sometime.  I'm currently in the process of comparing brokerages and finding the best fit, and would love to talk about how you guys work.

@Coleman Nelson thanks for the offer!  I believe Nicole might be working with your partners on helping find potential investments.  We are trying to figure out how to make our first leap in our own deal, and just trying to get as educated as possible to avoid any mistakes.

Thanks for the recommendation Andrew!  I will check that out.  And sorry for the confusion Al.  You're right, I meant Borrower.

Does anyone in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area have good recommendations for a portfolio, private, or any other lender for first time investors?  We are looking to rehab single family or purchase multiple rentals over time and looking for a good seed.  Thanks for your help!

Hi, My name is Jacob, and my girlfriend, Nicole and I are ready to take the jump into RE investing.  She has a RE license in Kentucky, and I'm currently in the process of obtaining my Ohio License and will have it this March.  We're wanting to start with rentals, and/or flips.  I'm here to get some insight on how to get started and hopefully meet some good people in the business along the way.

I'm also in the process of looking for a brokerage to hold my license.  Does anyone know of a good RE Investor brokerage looking to add a part-time agent to their team?

Any help is much appreciated!
