@Mandy Silveira I don't have a business card and it doesn't hurt me at all. I tell people who needs business cards, we all have drawer full of them at home! When I meet someone, I just ask if I can enter them in my phone. Then I send them my contact information. I build up my database of people in my phone. Technology offers better ways to connect than a business card. Some other ways are LinkedIn, Facebook and BiggerPockets.

@Mandy Silveira, I like to give people every way I can think of to contact me. A dedicated phone number, professional email address, like yournamehere @ domainname.com, instead of something cutesy like kittycat-puppylover85 @ hotmail.com. If you don't have your own domain name, use a Gmail account. Do you have a web site? Put that on the card if you do. You want to make it as easy as possible for people to get in touch with you, not make them search the card for the contact method they prefer.

I don't know that I would throw investor on there. You may end up using these cards when you meet with home owners. They hate that term. I really think your name, company name, email, and phone number is about all you need at this point.

VistaPrint is pretty affordable, and do a search online for a promo code, they almost always have some sort of deal going on.

I was in a similar position two years ago, and simply put "Real Estate Investor" along with my other contact information: Name, Phone, Email. Once I knew what I wanted to do in Real Estate and formed a LLC, I ordered new cards with more specifics about the business.

Fake it until you make it. I'd go along the lines of investor information, basic contact info, etc. Just because you don't have any properties, doesn't mean you aren't an investor. You are investing time and energy into finding the right deal.
