What do I put on a business card?

I'm brand new to the world of real estate investing. I'm still just in the "educating myself" stage. I will be networking and attending REI's soon and although I realize business cards are not required, a lot of the groups advertise "bring your business card". Since I'm not a licensed agent and I currently have no investments, what do I put on a business card? I'm and motivated and becoming a serious investor, so I want to be as professional as possible. Thanks!

Fake it until you make it. I'd go along the lines of investor information, basic contact info, etc. Just because you don't have any properties, doesn't mean you aren't an investor. You are investing time and energy into finding the right deal.
