Successful Wholesaling in Florida?

Has anyone been successful wholesaling real estate in Florida?  If so what are some hot markets?  Thanks?

I was wholesaling for many years. I now just represent my clients and have taken myself out of the middle. I have sold houses from Lakeland to Daytona and a good amount in Lake County. Your hot markets are going to be moving targets. When I was training new hires at my old office I would always tell them to learn as many areas as they can that way they are not limiting themselves. There are deals in every market so start with the ones that you know and work out.

Thanks for the reply Greg!!! I will start with Lake county and learn these markets.  Is it better to start with real estate agents or searching online? I'm aware that a lot of deals won't be found online.

@Prince Johnson for wholesaling, any market where rehabbers are fixing up properties to sell or landlords are fixing up rent is a good market to work. Your home market may be a good place to start.
