@Payal Z.Good morning. Most of my investors look at Kissimmee in the 34747 zip code for short term vacation rentals and 34743 for long term rentals.  Davenport is just outside of Kissimmee and 10 minutes from Disney's door.  They have many short term vacation rentals and better returns I believe.  Best of  Luck!
