Hello, My names Drew McLeod and I am currently looking for a realtor in Atlanta that is very knowledgable about the different areas In-the-perimeter. I plan on wholesaling and looking for properties to rent/lease-option out but first I need to map out certain target areas(e.g. wholesale areas, renter are was, rehab/flip areas) Can someone give me a reference? Thanks!

Hey Drew - I would suggest sending a PM to @Azeez K. he is a very knowledgeable and investor friendly agent and knows the Atlanta area well. I have worked with him both professionally and personally (my personal residence) and he is great.
