Hello,

I'll be signing a lease on a property that I'll do an AirBNB for very soon. So with that said, I'm looking to find a reliable cleaning service and handyman that I can use for this property and any future properties that I'll be adding to my portfolio.

Any references would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Hello Bigger Pockets community! My names Drew and I'm a wholesaler just starting out. I am seriously concerned with how I will handle phone calls from potential motivated sellers when I'm at work. I don't have to type of job where I can answer calls unless it's at 12pm or after 4pm. Do the investors that have been(or are currently in) in my position some good advice for someone that can't afford a virtual assistant right now? Thanks! Drew McLeod P.S. If there are any cash buyers interested in investing in the Atlanta market, message me your specific criteria and I can add you to my buyers list.

Hello, I'm an up-and-coming wholesale in Atlanta looking to start building my power team. Does anyone have a reference for a good Title Company/ Closing Attorneys that know how to work with investors and can also perform double-closings? Thanks! P.S. If any cash buyers have any specific criteria they are looking for let me know and I can add you to my buyers list.

Hello Eric! The website http://atlanta.curbed.com/ is great for staying in the loop on what developments are going on in Atlanta. The comment sections can also give you a decent gauge on how sentiment is for different areas. They even have an annual "Neighborhood of the Year" contest that focuses on the best up and coming neighborhoods ITP (inside the perimeter of I-285). I hope that helps. Good luck.
Georgia Residential Partners has a pretty good reputation among the cream of the crop real estate investors. I would check them out. They charge the standard 8-10%. If you want to find a good property management firm you have the right idea with referrals. Also, ask for a contact list of some of their clients when you are shopping around for a management company. This can not only be a great resource for getting referrals from the source but this also allows you to figure out what the managements company's strengths are and also network with other investors. I hope that helps!
