Hello, My names Drew McLeod and I am currently looking for a realtor in Atlanta that is very knowledgable about the different areas In-the-perimeter. I plan on wholesaling and looking for properties to rent/lease-option out but first I need to map out certain target areas(e.g. wholesale areas, renter are was, rehab/flip areas) Can someone give me a reference? @ErickaParrott I am currently unemployed so right now I would have to pool my money together with someone to make an investment. When I am hired I will go the traditional route and find bank financing.
