Question about potential buy and hold
Hello everyone,
I have a situation where I may have come across a property from a relative that lives in Las Vegas. She is planning to move out of state. She is wondering what her options are. I'm leaning towards renting out her house for a year and see what she thinks. If she does this she will let me handle everything for it. Does this sound like a good idea and what draw backs are we facing. Can anyone recommend a good property management company in Vegas please?
