Hello everyone, 

I have a situation where I may have come across a property from a relative that lives in Las Vegas. She is planning to move out of state. She is wondering what her options are. I'm leaning towards renting out her house for a year and see what she thinks. If she does this she will let me handle everything for it. Does this sound like a good idea and what draw backs are we facing. Can anyone recommend a good property management company in Vegas please?

Hi everyone, I was just wondering about the HUD process. I see a few properties on the HUD site that look like I should give them a closer look. So really how complicated is the process. Another thing Im wondering is what kind of funding is out there for HUD purchases as well. Any words of advice or a quick break down of the process would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, 

I feel I just came across a great deal. This would be my first deal. I found a property in Denver, CO that would cost me 190 K. Comps in the area have recently sold for 300 to 320 k. I have about 10k cash and would be able to get another 10k. They seller states that it may need some foundation work. Im thinking that with higher end finishes I should get the 320k. I did see one property similar sold for 348k with in the last two months. So now Im wondering what could I do for finding funds. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking into pre foreclosures in Aurora Colorado. I am looking at a property that has Notice of Trustee Sale tag and wondering if I can still contact the Borrower and make an offer before the sale. the sale date is still almost two month away so wondering what my first step should be. Any insight that anyone can offer will be apperciated.

I am in a different state and thinking of buying and holding for rental income. Also a good Property Management company mite be something I could use help with finding as well.
