Hi everyone,

I am looking into pre foreclosures in Aurora Colorado. I am looking at a property that has Notice of Trustee Sale tag and wondering if I can still contact the Borrower and make an offer before the sale. the sale date is still almost two month away so wondering what my first step should be. Any insight that anyone can offer will be apperciated.

Contacting the owner would be step one for sure.  They can sell anytime before the sale date.
