Questions a wholealer should ask
Hello People of Bigger Pockets!
I've recently found myself searching for my next wholesale on Craigslist, however when i find a property that appears to have some potential, i don't know what questions to ask the seller...especially not on CL because i'm also not 100% sure if i'm speaking with the ACTUAL seller either. Is there anyone who would be willing to list advice?
