Really glad to see this post. I'm finding myself to have the same issue, however, i find it odd because i consider my self to be a person of charisma and i feel i can carry on a conversation pretty well. But i agree with @Cody Campbell, and i'm going to apply his advice!

i'm not 100% sure how "Ghosting" or a ghost ad would be beneficial as far as your ad being able to attract leads for you. from my understanding, i thought that ghost ads were not able to be viewed publicly and that they are not actually posted on CL.

Hello People of Bigger Pockets!

I've recently found myself searching for my next wholesale on Craigslist, however when i find a property that appears to have some potential, i don't know what questions to ask the seller...especially not on CL because i'm also not 100% sure if i'm speaking with the ACTUAL seller either. Is there anyone who would be willing to list advice?
