I am 36y/o and been in Real Estate since June of 2016, and love it! If you can dream it I really believe you can achieve it. Most of my properties were acquired with private lending with little to no money down. I live in Livingston, TN with my wife and 3 kids and I started a partnership that started in single family then small multi family and ultimately focused on storage facilities. In 3 years we grew a portfolio to 20M with over 50 doors in rentals and 10 storage facilities in 2 states. After my 3rd child was born I decided walk away from partnership and focus on family. I have changed my focus and have put my efforts into RE close to home in Livingston, TN. My current RE approach is the BRRRR with no money down. In the last 18 months I've done 9 deals with no money of my own.
