How do I find funding , without cash or good credit ?
Hello people,
Me and my wife are interested in getting into the real estate business, but no cash, and poor credit. Any creative minds out there have any ideas how we can still get funding to buy, fix and flip a home in new jersey ?

I took 2 years to rebuild my credit, reduce my debt and save some cash. You could use that time to educate yourselves on REI and make some connections and network so that everything is in place when it is time to pull the trigger.
