Absolutely not. Their stuff could contain bedbugs or roaches which can migrate to your stuff. Plus hey could say you stole stuff. Not worth it.

Sounds solid to me and countertop installs generally don’t have any hidden problems that pop up like other remodel stuff. I do all my own rehab repair as well.

I am a landlord and work for an alarm company heh. You are absolutely entitled to the alarm code plus if they are not wireless sensors and etc they did damage by drilling and running wiring for the system i would tell them to give you the code or you will it removed and they charged for the damages.
