I you cannot get another u till you refinance the first into a conventional. You can get a fha loan on the new house with I believe the 201k or something like that. That will allow you to buy the house and get the floors fixed all in one loan. But not until you get out of the first fha.

Forgot the name of his company as he’s listed as electrician in my phone heh but he does mine in independence. He also does work for my buddy who’s does 100’s of houses that’s where I got the referral.

Need to actually read the reviews. Seems like at least half the bad ones were not clients but on the other end of it.

Well it depends on the level of special needs as well. If they are completely dependent on the parents for their needs for life then no I would not. But if they are high functioning and able to function close to normal then yes I would.

Special needs people generally just want to be treated the same as everyone else. So the best course of action is to treat them as you would anyone else.
