Northwest Milwaukee B-Class Neighborhoods?

I'm continuing to educate myself on the Milwaukee rental market. I've got a good handle on Tosa, West Allis, Eastside, and Bayview. There are a ton of areas in northwest Milwaukee, which I know nothing about. What are some B-Class neighborhoods to look into?

Check out Dawn's website for an idea of her property locations, she is in NW Milwaukee.
