Which cities are still rich with amazing deals in multi-unit RE?

I intend to invest in real estate full-time as a business. I am a new investor looking for maximum cash flow. Currently in Florida, I am open to moving to anywhere I can find the best deals. Any suggestions?

I think you are a little late to the party. Multi family is pretty expensive in general right now. While there surely are some decent deals out there, I am pretty confident there is no market that is "Rich with amazing deals"
