Looking for investor/coach/mentor

Hi I am looking to see if some one knows where I can find a real estate investor/coach mentor in Maine that is willing to take me under their wing. I'm 26 and already looking at an investment property to add to my portfolio but would love to be adding nutlike property's to it by end of the year.
