Hello BP,

So at the moment I have a small amount saved up for the first investment, which is only about $5k. what are some of my options to increase this in addition to saving from my full time job? should i try to over leverage this? Try and get in on a syndication? Partner with other investors? Continue saving? The end goal is have several multifamily units down the road.
