Hey BP ! I want to know what ways do some house flippers fund their flips ? Which is the best and is it possible to get funding without using your money

In the Kansas City area, flippers can get loans from private money lenders without investing any of their own funds. However, the deal must be solid. 

If the purchase price plus renovation fits the lender's LTV criteria, many private lenders will consider funding the entire project. I don't know that this is true all over the country, but is not uncommon in the Midwest.
