Hey BP ! I want to know what ways do some house flippers fund their flips ? Which is the best and is it possible to get funding without using your money

One trip I'm for sure taking this upcoming year is to go to Florida to catch a Goliath grouper ! They seem like a really big fishermans challenge !

I love lake Conroe but unfortunately I don't have a boat so all I do is bank fish but man I'd love to catch one of those the lake has some nice fish I've caught a couple largies by the docks near the ihop off 105

I have my basics down but I just am in that fear stage to go out and do it myself , I got 3 deals that look nice but I am scared to go at them my selves , if anyone can help teach me I will find the deals and you can keep all the profit I don't care about the money I just want the knowledge , I'm 19 years old by the way so please don't judge me on my age I am very mature and very serious about becoming great at this

Hey guys I had a question what do most of y'all do when that write up and sign the contract on a deal y'all want to wholesail and can't find a buyer for the deal ? How many days do you typically have to close the deal and what procedures do y'all use to back out ? And how much money do y'all lose typically when backing out ?
