How to back out on a wholesale deal
Hey guys I had a question what do most of y'all do when that write up and sign the contract on a deal y'all want to wholesail and can't find a buyer for the deal ? How many days do you typically have to close the deal and what procedures do y'all use to back out ? And how much money do y'all lose typically when backing out ?
