Questions about mentorship

Hello BP,

My name is Angela, and I have a question about mentor ship in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. I would like to start out working under a mentor, but I lack the money to pay for it. I've also read that you can use your skills and work for them for free, which I am definitely willing to do. To all my mentors out there what skills are most valuable to you?

Hi Angela,

As a mentor I would agree to help people that can help in two crucial aspects of my business.  Firstly, if you can find deals that I can rehab and profit from that would be worth mentoring.  Secondly, if you can provide funding or assist in getting me funding for more deals would also be worth mentoring someone.

Gary
