Starting Out in College

Hey Everyone, This is my first post on BiggerPockets, I just joined two days ago. I'm 20 years old and a Junior at Pitt, living in Pittsburgh, PA. I read Gary Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor over the summer and it got me hooked on REI. I currently have about $10k in savings, paying $450 rent and will come out of college debt free. I am determined to begin investing in real estate as soon as I graduate in April 2018, but am looking to get started before that. I eventually want to flip houses when I have a full time job that can fund it, but for now wholesaling seems to be the best option. I've also began taking the course to become a licensed real agent because I think that job over the upcoming summer would give me some great insight into real estate investing. Any feedback and advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks! John Foster

As for advice you seem to have a great plan layed out already! The only advice I can give is focus and actually execute.  The only better time to invest besides Now is Yesterday, so get on it! I highly recommend the podcasts on here, and to not be shy with a question on the forum.  Sometimes being nervous to ask a question and waiting, might turn into a week of "dont knows" so just ask!  Congrats on your new goals and good luck!
