Abundance Mentality is Real!
I just want to say that the abundance mentality is real! Thanks to Joshua Dorkin for starting Bigger Pockets. A place where we can learn from each other and share experiences. About 20 of us met in Houston yesterday to network and it was truly a wonderful experience. After meeting a lot of great people last night at the event, I was able to take a new investor from out of state (don't want to share the name without permission) with me to one of my projects that is currently being rehabbed and also to experience getting a repair bid from a contractor on a property that I just got under contract yesterday. I hope I was able to motivate the investor to take action! Let me stop rambling... I just wanted to share what the end of the week was like for me! :)
