Hi I am looking for anyone in the Orange County community, hopefully Newport Beach area that would be willing to sit down over coffee or a beer and maybe give me a little guidance and explanation on how to endeavor on my first real estate investment. I feel that at my age of 22, now is a better time than any to build my portfolio. Any help and guidance will be greatly appreciated!
