Realtor vs FSBO on first flip

We are ready to put our first flip on the market. Our market conditions are stable/average. I'm trying to figure out if it's the best move to go with a realtor to list or straight FSBO. Any advice is extremely appreciated.

Realtor..though you should have enlisted their help sooner. As an agent I hate going into list a flip after the world was already done when I see a lot of things that should have been done differently had they asked me sooner.
