Hey there BiggerPockets! I'm looking to purchase my first rehab in the next 2 months. I live in Lancaster, PA and have my real estate license, but I'm looking to get in contact with any wholesalers, general contractors and other investors. Would love to grab coffee with any investors in the Lancaster, York, Harrisburg and Reading area.
