CIncinnati Electrician Plumber Architect Handyman Needed

Hey Guys, 

I just got to Cincinnati and need to begin work on my 4plex. I'm looking for good but (cheaper) vendors. I'm not trying to find the bottom of the market but I don't want to pay top dollar either. I need to find the following: 

Architect

Electrician 

Plumber 

Handyman 

In that order. Thank you guys N gals!
